James J. Tucci, MD

Dr. Tucci is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is also a member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. He has trained Orthopaedic Residents and continues to do so at Maimonides Medical Center. He has published articles in the Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics and the Journal of Sports Medicine, and has presented to peer groups throughout the country.

He specializes in disorders involving children from birth until the age of 16. Specifically the treatment of fractures in children and the treatment of deformities including those of the hip, spine and extremities. His office hours are by appointment. Emergencies are accommodated through the emergency room.
